These terms explain the Square Menu self-serve subscription, billing, owner-entered content, orders, domains, and support expectations.
Service Scope
Square Menu provides software for businesses to publish QR menus, manage catalog data, branches, online order requests, and related operational workflows. Businesses are responsible for the menu items, prices, allergen details, images, branch information, and other owner-entered content they publish.
Self-Serve Plans And Billing
Starter, Pro, and Business plans are offered as fixed-price self-serve subscriptions through Lemon Squeezy checkout when available. Public pricing is shown in USD. The amount reflected on your payment method may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, exchange rate, and applicable fees. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
No Custom Quote Checkout Tier
Enterprise is outside current self-serve checkout. Square Menu does not offer a public contact-based or custom-quote checkout tier. Larger rollouts may receive setup, custom-domain, or onboarding help after choosing an available fixed-price Business plan.
Renewals, Cancellations, And Refunds
Paid plans renew for the selected billing interval unless cancelled through the available billing flow. Cancellation affects future renewals and does not remove the business owner's responsibility for already-published content or completed operational requests. Refund handling depends on the checkout provider flow, applicable law, and the specific transaction context.
Orders And Payments
Online orders, QR table requests, and bill requests are operational records for the business. Square Menu does not process guest card payments or settle guest payments between customers and the business unless a separate payment feature is explicitly enabled.
Domains And Publishing
Alias, subdomain, and support-led custom-domain publishing depend on DNS, verification, routing, and plan eligibility. A custom domain is not guaranteed until verification and routing are complete. Tenant-generated public menus may remain noindex until the business explicitly opts in to public indexing.
Changes And Contact
Square Menu may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page before they affect customer-facing billing or publishing expectations. For support, use the contact channel shown in your account or checkout receipt.
